Thank you very much for choosing the D3V desktop monitor system. A firmware update is now available to improve the functionality of the device.
D3V Firmware Version 1.7
Launched in February 2025, the “1.7” update has undergone extensive testing to prevent bugs from happening. However, should you experience any inconveniences we welcome your feedback and any bug reports via our contact form.
To install the update on your device, connect the D3V to your computer via USB-C and launch the D3V Firmware Updater application, please see the download links for Windows and MacOS below. Please follow the onscreen instructions to complete the update.
System Requirements
- From MacOS 13 to MacOS 15
- Windows 10, Windows 11.
Change Log
- Auto stand-by mode can be disabled via the front panel knob.
- To disable (or reenable) auto stand-by, the device must first be in stand-by mode.
- To enter stand-by mode, press and and hold the volume knob for 2 seconds until the LED flashes red and switches off.
- With the LED off, press and hold the volume knob for 8 seconds until the LED flashes red 5 times to indicate that the auto stand-by is off. 5 green flashes indicate that the auto stand-by has been reenabled.
- Improved tweeter behavior with very low signal levels.
