We encourage employees, partners, and third parties to speak up in their own name and report concerns about misconduct, fraud, or unethical behavior related to ADAM Audio.
Whistleblowers who report actual or suspected misconduct in good faith need not fear any reprisal as a result of making their report.
In accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz), we have partnered with safecall.co.uk to appoint them as our internal reporting channel, to ensure confidentiality and safeguard against reprisals. Their multinational, qualified staff review, assess and follow up on all incoming reports with care.

What kind of misconduct is to be reported through SafeCall?
The German Whistleblower Protection Act applies to reports on violations of federal, state and EU laws and regulations. This would include, among others, violations of regulations on product safety, data protection, tax & finance law (including fraud and corruption), environmental protection, human rights and consumer protection as well as breaches of ethical rules (e.g. bribes given or received).
